Inventory Policy

To maintain our commitment to 1–2 day processing times, Ice Forge employs a strict inventory management system.

Stock Availability We strive to ensure that all items displayed on voradotca.myshopify.com are in stock and ready to ship. Our inventory levels are synced in real-time. On the rare occasion that an item sells out at the exact moment you place your order, we will:

1. Notify you via email within 24 hours.

2. Offer the choice of a full immediate refund or a notification when the item is back in stock.

Pre-Orders If an item is listed as a "Pre-Order," the estimated shipping date will be clearly marked on the product page. These items are not subject to the standard 1–2 day processing window until the stock arrives at our Montréal facility.

Quality Control Every item in our inventory undergoes a multi-point inspection before being shelved and again before being packed. This reduces the likelihood of you receiving a defective product.
